This four-video series highlights common issues that can make receiving feedback as an employee difficult, and how to use a variety of mindsets to make feedback conversations meaningful and productive. The final video guides supervisors in giving meaningful feedback to employees. Each of the mindset characters were illustrated by me and pulled into the Vyond animation software to create this series.
